Job Description
- Matric
- Proven sales experience within the lift, elevator or construction industry
- Good understanding of elevator systems & related technologies
- Proficiency on MS Office Suite
- Previous experience on a CRM system
Responsibilities:
- Identify & pursue new & existing elevator/lifts sales leads
- Build & maintain relationships with existing & potential Clients
- Conduct site surveys & assessments to determine Client’s need for elevators/lifts
- Propose effective solutions
- Prepare & present sales proposals, quotes & contracts
- Negotiate prices & terms of sales agreements
- Explain the features & benefits of different lifts/elevator products to Clients
- Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Installation & Service Departments)
- Provide customer service throughout the sales process
- Complete tender process
- Prepare sales reports & forecasts for management
