Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support the full sales cycle, from initial client interaction to final order placement.
- Complete technical data sheets and documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Analyze client requirements and ensure that proposed solutions align with technical specifications and manufacturing capabilities.
- Follow established processes and systems to maintain consistency, traceability, and quality of work.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure accurate information transfer from sales to manufacturing.
- Maintain professional communication with clients to manage expectations and deliver excellent service.
- Work under varying workloads, including periods requiring high accuracy, quick turnaround times, and pressure handling.
- Participate actively as a collaborative member of the team to ensure seamless workflow between departments.
- Minimum Requirements:
- Technical diploma/degree (mechanical, industrial, or related field) is advantageous.
- Strong numerical aptitude and a sound technical background.
- Experience in technical sales, engineering support, or a similar role is beneficial.
- Ability to complete technical documentation with precision.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite essential).
- Excellent communication skillsboth internal and client-facing.
- Willingness to learn and adapt within a niche technical environment.
- Ability to work office-based full-time.
