About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our team at Lotus HR and Recruitment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new clients, developing business relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with our technical equipment division to provide exceptional customer service and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales process from lead generation to concluding the sale cycle
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective new clients
- Prospect and cold call to identify new business opportunities
- Follow up on leads and track sales performance
- Analyze costing requirements and calculate costings, estimations, and draft quotes
- Present technical solutions to executives and decision-makers
Requirements
- Matric or equivalent educational qualification
- Proven background in Technical Sales with a strong understanding of print, barcoding, and labeling machinery, networking systems, and print inks/applications
- Fluency in English and Afrikaans with effective communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to travel nationally as required
