Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
– Lead, motivate, and manage the new vehicle sales team to achieve monthly targets
– Implement and monitor sales strategies, processes, and performance standards
– Drive lead generation, showroom activity, and customer engagement
– Manage stock levels, vehicle ordering, and product mix
– Support the team with deal structuring, closing, and customer negotiations
– Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and CSI results
– Analyse reports, budgets, and departmental performance
– Maintain strong relationships with customers, finance partners, and internal departments
Requirements:
– Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as a New Vehicle Sales Manager
– Proven track record in achieving sales targets and growing market share
– Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
– Must preferably have knowledge of electric vehicles and EV retail operations
– Experience in stock management, reporting, and sales administration
– Valid driver’s licence
