• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive showroom traffic and vehicle sales
• Maintain excellent customer relationships and ensure exceptional customer service
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
• Work closely with the Dealer Principal and other departments to ensure smooth operations
• Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as a Sales Manager within the motor industry
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance
• Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Sound knowledge of dealership operations and reporting systems
• Valid driver’s license
