About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to join our team at TAC Recruitment. With a strong background in driving sales growth and developing regional strategies, you will play a crucial role in propelling our company forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive profitable sales growth across the region
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies, budgets, and forecasts
- Recruit, coach, and manage Sales Consultants for optimal performance
- Strengthen partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
- Monitor sales performance against targets
- Implement calling programmes and agency engagement plans
- Maintain accurate MIS reporting and market intelligence
- Plan and execute sales and marketing initiatives aligned to brand strategy
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Business Management (advantageous)
- 5–7 years’ experience in a sales management role
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Solid understanding of the South African property market
- Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
