About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Permit Coordinator to join our Commercial Engineering team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and experience working with both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all required permits are obtained and filed within project timelines.
- Track and manage permit applications, renewals, and approvals to ensure compliance.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all permit-related documentation.
- Collaborate with engineering, legal, and compliance teams to ensure all projects meet regulatory requirements.
- Act as the point of contact for queries related to permit statuses and escalate issues when necessary.
- Support the preparation of reports related to permit management and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
