Job Description

Our client is looking for a skilled mature individual to join their team in the capacitty of a Sales Manager for the Homecare, Hygiene and Personal Care (HHPC) division. The successful incumbent will be responsible for the following:

• Create and execute effective sales plans to achieve company targets and expand market share.
• Manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends
• Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management
• Keep up to date and maintain a thorough understanding of products and their applications to effectively communicate benefits to our team and our customers
• Oversee the sales budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources
• Any other related duties

Qualifications

• Matric
• Tertiary qualification in Chemistry
• Sales and Marketing Qualification Advantageous

Skills

• 5 years experience in the similar role
• Indepth understading of Home, Hygiene and Personal Care (HHPC) chemicals market
• Own Vehicle
• Valid Drivers Licence
• Experience in engaging with overseas principals will be an advantage

Salary/Package

R720k – R780k (CTC)
