About the Role
We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Sales Specialists to join our team in Gauteng. As a leading provider of financial services, we offer a great working environment and management team that will support your growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new B2B Clients through networking, cold outreach, and referrals
- Conduct in-depth analysis of prospective and existing Clients’ financial goals, risk tolerance, and needs
- Develop customized financial solutions and create and deliver sales presentations and proposals
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with Clients and key decision-makers
- Negotiate contracts, closing deals, and achieving sales targets
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product offerings, and regulatory changes to provide expert advice
- Track sales activities, manage the sales pipeline, and provide regular performance reports to management
- External sales and cross selling opportunities with existing Clientele
Requirements
- 2-3 years B2B Sales experience within the financial services sector
- Matric & RE 5 Certificate
- Tertiary qualification advantageous
- Proven sales track record within the financial services sector essential
- Business development and CRM exposure
- Excellent interpersonal, communications, listening and negotiations skills
Qualifications
- Completed Matric and RE 5 Certificate
