Job Summary
- SAP GTS Functional (Global Trade Services)
- Knowledge in Customs processes IT (Business processes advantageous)
- SAP SD & MM experience and extensive knowledge
- Debugging ABAP skills (Advantageous)
- Incident management process
- JIRA/Confluence
- Any additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter
ADVANTAGEOUS SKILLS:
- JIRA/Confluence knowledge advantage (Agile)
- Flexibility to take up different tasks in the initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- SAP GTS completed courses would be advantageous
- Strong experience in Application Maintenance, Enhancements and Operations
- Good understanding of system landscape to design adequate and governance compliant to secure role design and user provisioning.
- Good problem-solving capabilities are necessary to investigate and propose alternate solutions for compliance conflicts.
