• Manage and settle personal and commercial short-term insurance claims
• Operate within the binder agreements and handle claims settlement mandates
• Liaise with insurers, clients, and service providers
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal processes
• Provide support and guidance to junior claims staff
• Maintain accurate records using Cardinal C360
• Check and sign off on claims

Qualifications: RE 5, FETC In Short Term Insurance NQF 4, Matric, Class of Business – Personal Lines, Class of Business Commercial Lines Skills: 5 – 10 years of short-term insurance claims experience (personal & commercial lines), Solid Binder Broker experience with proven ability to manage claims settling mandates, Experience with Cardinal C360 system is required, Lives within a 15km radius of the office – proximity is key for this role
