• Lead, manage, and execute complex engineering projects from concept to completion.
• Oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Provide strategic leadership to project teams, ensuring alignment with client objectives and technical requirements.
• Manage risk, quality, and compliance across all phases of the project lifecycle.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, building and maintaining strong professional relationships.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and project staff to ensure knowledge transfer and skills development.
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes.

Requirements:

• BEng / BSc Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or related Engineering field (PMP or similar project management certification advantageous).
• Minimum of 8–10 years’ proven experience managing engineering projects within the process, mining, or industrial sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large, multidisciplinary teams and deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Strong financial acumen and experience with project cost control.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
