Job Description

Student Presentations & Brand Representation

  • Deliver engaging presentations at targeted schools to promote programmes and campus offerings
  • Distribute marketing materials and generate student enquiries
  • Represent the institution at career expos and stakeholder events
  • Achieve monthly presentation targets aligned to school priorities

Database Collection

  • Collect and maintain school databases in line with monthly targets to expand recruitment reach

Interviews & Enquiries

  • Make proactive outbound calls to prospective students to schedule interviews
  • Follow up on online applications and proof of payment
  • Respond promptly to telephonic and online enquiries
  • Conduct interviews using a structured script, building rapport with students and parents
  • Achieve weekly, monthly and annual interview targets

Applications & Conversions

  • Assist students with online applications during interviews
  • Follow up on unpaid applications to ensure completion
  • Conduct calling campaigns to convert interviews into applications
  • Drive application acceptance and pre-registration fee payments
  • Achieve individual application targets

Registrations

  • Meet individual targets for new student registrations

Administration & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate daily reports, including call logs, interview trackers and CRM updates
  • Ensure interview forms and supporting documents are completed correctly
  • Update systems and reports as required by management

Minimum Requirements

Qualifications:

  • 3-Year Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree (NQF Level 7) in Business, Marketing, Public Relations, Communications or a related field

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ sales experience

Additional Requirements:

  • Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 17:00
