Job Description

The Sushi Chef is responsible for preparing and presenting premium sushi and Japanese-inspired dishes with precision, consistency, and artistry. Key Responsibilities: Prepare sushi, sashimi, and related dishes to the highest standards Ensure freshness, quality, and correct handling of seafood Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards Manage mise en place, stock, and wastage control Work efficiently during high-volume service while maintaining quality Collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu execution and innovation Requirements: Proven experience as a Sushi Chef in a high-end or reputable restaurant Strong knife skills and knowledge of Japanese ingredients and techniques Detail-oriented, disciplined, and quality-driven
