Responsibilities:

  • Project Coordination: Manage and coordinate tax projects, ensuring all deadlines and compliance requirements are met.
  • Tax Documentation: Prepare, review, and maintain tax documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Compliance Monitoring: Monitor changes in tax regulations and ensure the company’s compliance with all relevant laws.
  • Reporting: Assist in the preparation of tax reports and filings, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
  • Communication: Liaise with internal departments and external tax authorities, facilitating clear and effective communication.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving tax processes and implement best practices to enhance efficiency.
  • Support: Provide administrative support to the tax department, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and maintaining records.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in tax administration or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.
