Job Summary
Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Solid experience as a Telemarketer and ability to work a role that consists of cold calling for the majority of the working day
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude
- Highly motivated and results-oriented
- Cloud Back up experience
- Excellent communication
- Experience with Microsoft Services
Duties and
Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to generate leads and qualify potential customers from an existing list.
- Present and articulate the value proposition of Microsoft Services and Cloud Backup solutions.
- Utilise a big quantity of provided leads to maximize sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all calls and customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly call and appointment setting targets.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our product offerings and industry trends.
- Handle objections and provide relevant information to potential clients.
- Follow up on leads and maintain consistent communication with potential customers.
