Job Summary
Qualifications & Experience:
– Matric or equivalent.
– Relevant Postgraduate qualification.
– Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as a Trainer in the same industry.
– Certified Skills Development Facilitator (SDF) with an ETDP qualification.
– Proven experience liaising with W&RSETA.
– Fully computer literate.
– Clear credit and criminal record.
– Experience in delivering management and leadership training.
– Strong project management skills.
– Ability to manage training budgets and ensure B-BBEE compliance.
– Up-to-date knowledge of training methods and industry trends.
