Job Summary
Truck Workshop Parts Ordering Assistant & PA
Located in Bredell, Kempton Park
– Assist Workshop Manager with day-to day operations, sourcing of Truck, Trailer and yellow machine parts.
– Writing of orders, and linking invoicing to orders with other admin.
– Service and repair parts inventory monitoring and replenishing
– Service schedule update and reminders on excel sheets
– Other service and campaign sheet updating in excel.
– Further Duties to be discussed in Interview
Experience & Qualifications:
– Basic Technical knowledge on Trucks, Trailers, yellow machines and Cars
– No Official Qualification needed, but would be an advantage
– Fluent in English
– Communication skills to build relationships with suppliers, and negotiate pricing.
– Basic Computer Skills – specifically Excel with basic formulas, Outlook, etc.
– Attention to detail, to work at a VERY Fast pace, and keep track of multiple tasks and Requests.
– Hours 7am-5pm – be willing to work some Saturdays, and overtime if needed.
– Must have valid driver’s license.
– Own transport to and from work needed.
