Job Description
- Drive sales of new and used vehicles to achieve monthly volume and profitability targets.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking, and referral generation.
- Conduct customer needs analysis, present suitable vehicle options, and close deals effectively.
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout the entire sales process.
- Maintain high levels of daily activity, including calls, follow-ups, and appointments.
- Work closely with management to ensure optimal stock matching, deal structuring, and profitability.
Requirements:
- 4–5 years automotive sales experience (new and used vehicles essential).
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.
- Ability to balance profitability in used sales with volume in new sales.
- Highly self-motivated, energetic, and able to operate independently.
- Demonstrated ability to create sales opportunities and maintain high activity levels.
- Must reside in or near the Fourways area.
- Financially driven with a strong commission-earning mindset.
- Able to provide six months of commission statements for vetting.
- Comfortable working within a high-accountability, performance-driven culture.
