• Processing customer and asset data into internal systems with precision
• Generating quotes and invoices, managing asset releases, and overseeing short-term rentals
• Liaising with internal teams and external customers to ensure smooth delivery and returns
• Managing online marketplace listings and internal sales platforms
• Supporting cash flow through debtor management and accurate financial documentation
• Collaborating closely with the Finance Department to ensure accounting integrity

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business Administration, Financial Management, or Practical Accounting
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in business administration, preferably in asset-based finance
• Strong working knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, basic formulas, etc.)
• Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals and financial processes
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
• Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and communication skills

Shortlisted candidates will be required to complete a practical Excel case study during the interview process—so bring your spreadsheet A-game.
