About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to join our team, responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the office automation / technology / IT solutions industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and lead generation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Conduct client needs analysis and propose suitable office automation solutions
- Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities on CRM systems
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and product developments
- Collaborate with technical and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction
- Attend meetings, site visits, and industry events as required
Requirements
Minimum 25 years experience in business development or sales
Experience in the office automation / technology / IT solutions industry (advantageous)
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and manage own pipeline
Valid drivers license and own reliable vehicle
Computer literate (MS Office, CRM systems)
