?? WHO YOU ARE:

A passionate foodie with energy to burn and a keen eye for detail

You thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen and love getting your hands dirty

Flexible, hardworking, and eager to learn from some of the best in the biz

? THE BASICS:

Grade 12 or equivalent

Minimum 6 months formal chefs training

At least 1 year experience as a Pastry Chef with a bakery focus

Experience in a 4*/5* environment is a BIG plus!

Physically fit and ready to work flexible hours, weekends & holidays

? WHAT YOULL BE DOING:

Prepping delicious dishes in line with hotel standards, costings, and portions

Maintaining and caring for kitchen equipment

Keeping your workspace spotlessstrict hygiene and health & safety standards are a must

Working closely with a passionate team, bringing creativity and consistency to the plate

? PLEASE NOTE:

This is a live-out roleyou must have your own accommodation in George or surrounds

Must be ready and available for weekend, shift, and public holiday work
