About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Counter Sales professional to join our team at South Cape Recruitment, specializing in the steel industry. As a key member of our sales counter, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, product knowledge, and sales support to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them in identifying their needs.
  • Provide expert advice on steel products, including specifications, uses, and availability.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team to ensure timely replenishment of products.
  • Accurately process customer orders and coordinate with the warehouse team for timely fulfilment.
  • Assist customers with product selection, provide quotations, and follow up on inquiries.
  • Address customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
  • Prepare daily weekly and monthly sales reports as required.
