About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Foreman to join our team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance and repairs of industrial machinery, with a focus on supervisory skills and people management.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs of industrial machinery, including CNC, milling, and hydraulics systems
- Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance personnel to ensure efficient completion of tasks
- Diagnose problems with equipment and implement effective solutions
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service
Requirements
- Minimum 15-20 years experience in a Millwright or related trade, preferably in maintenance and repairs of industrial machinery
- 3-5 years of supervisory experience, with a focus on people management skills
- Excellent diagnostic skills and knowledge of industrial machines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
