We are seeking an exceptional Director of Food & Beverage to join a luxury 5-star hotel and resort environment in George. This is a high-profile role, responsible for building and leading a world-class F&B division, delivering consistently luxury culinary experiences across multiple outlets, and developing talent within the team. Key responsibilities: Ensure all food & beverage offerings are of world-class standard Refresh and align menus and special touches to each outlets concept Build strong guest and member relationships with warmth and professionalism Recruit, develop, and coach F&B staff to meet high standards Implement sound operational, financial, and people management practices Oversee budgets, stock & OE controls, CAPEX projects, forecasting, and audits Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards Lead, inspire, and energise a team to deliver extraordinary hospitality Requirements: Minimum 6 years hospitality experience, with 3+ years in a senior luxury F&B role Proven success across all culinary services, including banqueting Knowledge of menu engineering, wine list management, financials, OHS compliance Competent in relevant technology/software (MS Office essential; Cimso/Opera/SAP/Blazon/Micros advantageous) Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills International experience advantageous If no response is received within 10 business days, please consider your application unsuccessful.
