If you`re a methodical thinker with a strong work ethic and excellent people skills, this part-time position might be perfect for you!Key
Responsibilities:
Legal Counsel: Draft and amend contracts and memos, advise on CSOS disputes and handle conflict resolution.Managing Agent Portfolio Manager: Provide secretarial support for Homeowners associations (HOAs), advise HOAs, and attend some HOA meetings and HOA AGM meetings.Business writing: Develop and maintain internal company documents, policies and procedures.What Were Looking For:Five years relevant law and/or managing agent experience required.Preferred qualification: Law degreeStrong interpersonal skills and a proactive, can-do attitude.Methodical and organized thinker.Love for writing.Proficiency in computer skills, especially Word formatting.Position Details:Part-time: 4.5 hours per weekday.Competitive package, negotiable based on experience.
