About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Convenience Shop Manager to join our team in George. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our retail convenience shop, ensuring excellent customer service and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the overall performance of the retail convenience shop
- Lead and motivate staff to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of customer service
- Maintain accurate records and reports using MS Office and POS systems
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
- Matric or equivalent Business Management diploma (advantageous)
- 2 to 5 years experience in Retail
- Valid drivers license and own vehicle
- Fully computer literate (MS Office and POS)
