George: Operations Administrator

Role: Operations Adminsitrator Location: George – Western Cape Start Date: Immediate Qualification: Grade 12. Excellent communication- and interpersonal skills (verbal- and written). Good planning-, prioritising- and problem-solving ability. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous. Knowledge of warehouse procedures would be an advantage. Computer literacy (MS Excel, Word and Outlook). High-level of attention to detail. Must be in good physical health. Clear criminal record Responsibilities: Creditors administration: Process GRVs and assist with Receiving. Effectively communicate with suppliers. Process RTS. Liaise with the relevant departments to resolve queries. Capturing and reporting of IBTs. Handle all aspects of archiving (receiving, dispatch and admin). Process returns and effect credit administration. Handle consumables and sundry inventory. Keep asset list updated.
