About the Role
We are seeking a qualified welder with experience in robotic welding to join our team at Insight Recruitment Consulting. As a permanent full-time position, you will be required to commence work as soon as possible.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality TIG, MIG, and Arc welding on stainless and mild steel materials
- Maintain double coding standards for both stainless and mild steel welding
- Provide consistent and recent work experience in welding and metal fabrication with a minimum of 5 years
- Adhere to ASME and SANS regulations
- Demonstrate international welding qualification standards
- Utilize robotic welding skills, with an increase in hourly wage applicable (advantageous)
- Work overtime when required
- Comply with MEIBC rates and receive a regulated 13th cheque
Requirements
- Qualified welder in TIG, MIG, Arc welding
- Double coded in stainless and mild steel welding
- Recent and consistent work experience in welding and metal fabrication (min of 5 years)
- Knowledge of ASME & SANS regulations
- Welding qualification to international standards
- Robotic welding experience (advantageous)
