Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently
Manage office administration, schedules, and documentation
Support agents with listings, appointments, and client communications
Maintain office supplies and ensure smooth day-to-day operations

What We’re Looking For:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic CRM systems
  • A proactive and professional approach to customer service
  • Prior experience in real estate or office administration is a plus!
