A natural-born foodie with serious drive and passion for the hospitality industry

A people person with a friendly, professional vibe who thrives in a team

What Youll Need:

Grade 12 or equivalent

At least 6 months formal culinary training

Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role in a 4*/5* environment

Solid computer literacy (MS Office, SAP a bonus!)

Fit, focused, and able to work under pressure like a pro

Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and in all weather conditions

? Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and present dishes to 5-star standards, including guest-specific dietary needs

Make artisan pizza daily (bring your pizza A-game!)

Assist the Sous Chef with menu planning, trend research & creative contributions

Handle par stock, stock rotation, costing, and stock takes

Supervise, motivate, and train junior kitchen staff

Keep equipment in top shape and maintain pristine cleanliness and safety standards
