Key
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient performance
- Lead, motivate, and manage a high-performing retail team
- Drive sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction
- Ensure excellent store presentation and stock management
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and compliance
- Handle financial aspects, including budgets, expenses, and cash-ups
Requirements:
3+ years’ experience as a Store Manager or in a similar leadership role in retail
Strong sales, merchandising, and customer service skills
Ability to manage a large team and work under pressure
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
Location: George, Western Cape
Start Date: ASAP
