Germiston: Dispatch Operator

Roles and Responsibilities Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately according to delivery schedules and customer requirements. Manage and process orders using the Meat Matrix system to ensure traceability and inventory accuracy. Load and unload chillers and cold storage areas, ensuring correct product handling and temperature control. Verify quantities, product quality, and documentation before dispatch. Maintain clean, organised, and safe dispatch and storage areas in line with company hygiene and safety standards. Coordinate with production, QC, and logistics teams to ensure smooth and timely order fulfilment. Assist in inventory counts and stock reconciliation when required. Adhere strictly to food safety, health, and safety regulations at all times. Requirements: Matric / Grade 12 (minimum). Proven experience in dispatch, warehouse, or logistics operations within the FMCG or food manufacturing environment. Working knowledge and experience with Meat Matrix software is essential. Understanding of cold chain management and product handling procedures. Physically fit and able to handle manual loading and unloading tasks. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
