Job Summary
1.JOB PURPOSETo assess machines completed for defects or concerns and highlight on provided checklist.To relay completed inspection sheets to workshop planner for data capture.2.KEY PERFORMANCE AREASOutgoing machinesMinimum of 8 machines per individual per dayMaximum of 10 machines per individual per dayAll outgoing units to be inspected3.ORGANISATIONAL STRUCTUREOperational4.DECISION MAKING AUTHORITYDirecting of machines for required repairs, stopping the use of unsafe or defective equipment before departure. Stopping machines from leaving if they are not to the prescribed standard of Eazi Access Rentals (Subject to approval by Workshop Manager)5.JOB DESCRIPTIONThe Job is responsible for the following:AREA / TYPEResponsibilitiesOutbound MachinesoVisually inspect all machines which are turned from Red to Green and complete the Q.C. check sheet (all documents in the document box).oQ.C. sticker to be placed on ground control.oMachines which fail the Q.C. check must be referred to Workshop Manager within 30min.oQ.C. failed machines will be repaired on same day.oQ.C. check sheets are to be filed in monthly Q.C. file. oSubmit all info to Senior Quality Officer6.SKILLS REQUIRED SPECIFIC6.1SKILLSKPASkillInterpersonal skills & Communication Able to develop and maintain relationships with fellow employees.Able to relate well to people.Able to take instructions.Able to give instructions.oAble to communicate in English, verbally and in writingoStrong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse IndustryOrganizing and PlanningoMust be highly organized.oMust be able to follow a planner/ schedule or set of deliverables laid out to them.1.6.2INTERNAL COMPETENCIESCompetencyLevel MEWP Operator Do Basic PDI Training Teach JLG Technical ProductDo 6.3WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREDJobFunctional experienceYears-Hydraulic, Millwright, Diesel Mechanic, Electrician+3 years.
