Strategic Planning & Execution

Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business goals.

Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Team Leadership

Supervise and support department leads and operational staff.

Conduct performance evaluations and implement training/development plans.

Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Process & Workflow Optimization

Analyze workflow and implement process improvements.

Standardize procedures across departments to maintain consistency and quality.

Ensure operational processes comply with company policies and industry regulations.
Budgeting & Financial Oversight

Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.

Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or service.

Oversee procurement and vendor relationships to ensure value and reliability.
Supply Chain & Inventory Management
-
Monitor supply chain logistics, procurement, and inventory control.

Ensure timely delivery of goods/services while minimizing waste and overstocking.

Collaborate with suppliers and logistics partners to resolve issues quickly.
Customer Service & Quality Control
-
Implement and oversee quality assurance processes.
-
Ensure customer satisfaction through timely service delivery and issue resolution.
-
Work with customer service teams to understand and respond to feedback.
Technology & Tools
-
Utilize software systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, BI tools) to track operations and analyze data.

Recommend and implement tools to improve productivity and decision-making.
Risk Management & Compliance
-
Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and regulatory requirements.

Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Lead incident investigations and develop corrective actions when needed.
