Supervising and training plant operations staff. Continuous learning and staying updated with advancements in technology and changes in regulations is a crucial part of a Plant Engineers career. Providing monthly reports. Managing and oversight of the engineering department and workshop of more than 10 employees. Ultimate responsibility of the functioning, safety, and control of all site equipment of more than 40 pieces or machinery, including solar.
