Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence in equipment usage, housekeeping, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee high-productivity processes & perform preventative/corrective maintenance.
• Lead technical improvements in machine optimization, maintenance systems, and cost-saving ideas.
• Implement company policies, troubleshoot moulding issues, and mentor employees.
• Liaise with toolroom for mould/machine requirements.

Requirements:

• 10+ years` experience in plastic manufacturing & injection machine setup.
• Tertiary qualification required.
• Strong analytical & communication skills (all levels).
• Well-organized, disciplined thinker with exceptional work ethic.
• Strong interpersonal skills & fluency in English (written & spoken).
• Thrives in fast-paced environments & excels at problem-solving with initiative.
• Meticulous attention to detail with a team-oriented approach
