QA Manager is Required by a Manufacturing Company in GermistonTo ensure that materials supplied to the various customers always meet customer requirements and that the Company are continually improving the inspection methodology.Planning and overseeing the daily inspection activities of all inspectors in the CompanyEnsuring inspectors are equipped to carry out their functions efficiently, monitoring their efficiency.Ensure all inspectors have been trained in the tasks they are doing.Liaising with production on materials, not meeting tolerances and following up on corrective actions to rectify out of tolerance materials as well as preventive action to ensure the problems do not reoccur.Ensuring the calibration system at the Company is maintained.To conduct capability studies on the various CNC machines.Conduct R&R studies on various metrology methodsThorough knowledge on calibration of instruments Recognized formal qualification in both QA and QC.Strong understanding of Engineering drawings.History of improvement initiatives in metrology.Basic CNC programming understanding.Please send detailed CV in Word Format, stipulating last salary and reason for leaving last Company.
