Food and Beverage Manager Wanted – Luxury Hotel (Graskop, Mpumalanga) R20 000 Gross | Live in Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a switched on and passionate Food and Beverage Manager for a stunning luxury property in Graskop. This role suits someone who loves elevating guest experiences and knows how to run a top tier F and B operation with confidence. What they are looking for: ✨ 3 to 5 years of experience managing a full F and B department in a four or five star hotel or lodge ✨ Strong understanding of cost control, profit margins and stock management ✨ Banqueting and conferencing experience ✨ Solid communication skills with excellent attention to detail ✨ Good computer literacy plus knowledge of POS, stock and PMS systems ✨ Ability to lead the team, train staff and maintain high service standards ✨ Valid RSA drivers licence A bit about the role: You will oversee the full Food and Beverage operation, ensure smooth daily service, manage budgets, maintain health and safety standards, control stock and equipment and keep the team motivated.
