This role suits someone who loves elevating guest experiences and knows how to run a top tier F and B operation with confidence. What they are looking for: 3 to 5 years of experience managing a full F and B department in a four or five star hotel or lodge Strong understanding of cost control, profit margins and stock management Banqueting and conferencing experience Solid communication skills with excellent attention to detail Good computer literacy plus knowledge of POS, stock and PMS systems Ability to lead the team, train staff and maintain high service standards Valid RSA drivers licence A bit about the role: You will oversee the full Food and Beverage operation, ensure smooth daily service, manage budgets, maintain health and safety standards, control stock and equipment and keep the team motivated.
