About the Role
Hospitality and Outdoor Ltd, a well-established luxury safari hospitality group, is seeking a highly organised and detail-driven Groups and Conference Coordinator to join their Head Office team in Cape Town. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for coordinating group, conference, and event bookings from enquiry through confirmation, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
• Supporting group, conference, and event coordination from enquiry through confirmation
• Assisting with quotations, confirmations, and documentation
• Maintaining accurate records, bookings, and administration
• Liaising with clients, agents, and internal operational teams
• Providing consistent pre-arrival communication and support
Requirements
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in groups, conferences, events, or reservations within a hotel, lodge, or conferencing environment
• Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to multitask, prioritise workloads, and meet deadlines
• Confident communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable coordinating across multiple departments and stakeholders
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• PMS experience essential

R20 000 – R25 000pm, dependent on experience
