Hospitality and Outdoor – New Vacancy – Reservations Administrator Luxury Game Lodge Head Office – Green Point – Western Cape We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Reservations Administrator to join our client’s team. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth reservation operations by managing administrative tasks related to refunds, financial follow-ups, and query resolution. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for accuracy in handling financial and booking information. Requirements – Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Finance, or a related field (preferred). – Minimum 2 years of experience in reservations, finance administration, or hospitality operations. – Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial and booking processes. – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with guests, agents, and internal teams. – Proficiency in reservation systems and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). – Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities under tight deadlines. – Problem-solving skills to resolve queries and discrepancies effectively. – Understanding of reservation processes and financial workflows. – Familiarity with refund policies, commission structures, and reporting standards. – Highly organized and self-motivated. – Professional demeanor with a customer-centric approach. – Ability to work collaboratively with Finance, Reservations, and operational teams. Package – Salary: R16 000 – R20 000 Start Date: ASAP
