• Maintain and balance general ledgers and trial balances.
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements regularly.
• Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
• Prepare and issue invoices, receipts, and payments.
• Assist in payroll processing and related reporting.
• Support month-end and year-end financial reporting.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• File and organize financial documents for auditing and tax purposes.
• Collaborate with accountants and auditors during financial reviews.

Requirements and qualification

• Record day to day financial transactions using accounting software QuickBooks, Xero, Sage
• Diploma
• 3 years related experience
