Your key responsibilities will include:- Acting as a Personal Assistant to the principal, handling calendar management and correspondence
- Managing property transfers and liaising with attorneys, paralegals, and clients
- Transcribing dictations and preparing legal documentation with precision
- Uploading property listings and advertising materials to portals such as Property24
- Maintaining the company website and keeping property listings up to date
- Receiving instructions from sales agents and coordinating related admin
- Ensuring all documentation is accurate and aligned with compliance standards
What we’re looking for:
- Strong command of written and spoken English
- Meticulous attention to detail – this is non-negotiable
- Calm and professional demeanour, especially when working under pressure
- A background in property or legal (particularly conveyancing) is a plus
- Experience with platforms such as Windeed is highly advantageous
- Tech-savvy with the ability to manage content and listings on online portals
