Job Description
Location: Hermanus, Overstrand, Western Cape
Salary: TBC
What you’ll do:
- Coordinate all logistics for international training groups, including accommodation, catering, and cleaning.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the training venue.
- Oversee caterers and service providers, ensuring standards and delivery expectations are met.
- Handle stock control, purchases, and supplier sourcing for each training block.
- Act as the main point of contact for all operational needs during training events.
- Maintain a professional, welcoming environment for trainees and guests.
Working Hours:
- During training blocks: Availability required 24/7
- Outside of training blocks: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in guesthouse management, event coordination, or restaurant/hospitality management preferred.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and people management abilities.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt quickly to changing needs.
- Valid driver’s license and own transport advantageous.
