About the Role
Our client, a forward-thinking agency specializing in brand development and digital media, is seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to join their team. With a strong focus on web design, AI integration, and visual storytelling, they work with diverse clients to elevate brand presence through strategy and innovation. As a key member of the creative team, you will conceptualize and deliver design solutions that align with brand strategy, push visual boundaries, and meet client briefs with excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute brand identities across digital and print platforms.
- Lead creative direction on client campaigns from concept to completion.
- Design and maintain engaging web interfaces aligned with UX best practices.
- Collaborate with internal developers and strategists to create cohesive digital experiences.
- Create marketing assets including brochures, social media graphics, and presentations.
- Contribute to ideation and brainstorming sessions to develop innovative brand solutions.
- Ensure all designs meet quality, consistency, and brand standards.
- Translate marketing objectives into clear, creative strategies.
- Stay up to date with design, AI, and digital innovation trends.
- Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
Requirements
- Tertiary Education in Graphic Design or related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a design role, preferably agency-side.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD).
- Portfolio showcasing brand and digital design work readily available.
- Experience in UI/UX design and understanding of responsive web principles.
- Interest or experience in AI-driven creative tools will be advantageous.
Qualifications
- Tertiary Education in Graphic Design or related field.
Salary & Benefits
R20 000 – R30 000 per month, based on experience.
