Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Lodge Manager in the daily operations of the lodge.

• Manage guest relations, ensuring service excellence throughout their stay.

• Lead and supervise staff, maintaining high standards of performance and professionalism.

• Oversee administrative tasks including reporting, stock control, and record keeping.

• Ensure smooth coordination between departments to deliver seamless guest service.

• Uphold company standards, health, and safety procedures.
