About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic couple to join our team as Guide and Lodge Manager at our remote lodge in Hluhluwe. As a guest-focused team, we offer a unique opportunity for like-minded individuals to live and work together in a stunning natural setting. Our ideal candidates will have previous experience in hospitality management or wildlife guiding, with a strong passion for conservation and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Manage lodge operations, including daily tasks and duties
Provide exceptional guest experiences, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
Collaborate with the Field Guide to deliver high-quality safari experiences
Maintain accurate records and reports, including financial and administrative tasks
Perform other responsibilities as assigned by management

Requirements

Previous experience in Assistant Lodge Manager or similar hospitality management role
FGASA qualification (minimum Level 1 preferred)
Valid PDP and drivers license
First Aid certification
Strong communication and storytelling skills
Professional appearance and conduct

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field (if applicable)
