About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and charismatic Lodge Manager to join our award-winning Luxury Game Lodge in Hluhluwe, Northern KZN. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving operational efficiency, and ensuring the overall success of our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all departments, including Kitchen and Chefs, to ensure high-quality food and beverage service.
- Oversee stock orders, food and beverage control, and maintain quality standards.
- Administer reservations, check guests’ bills, and handle guest relations.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive operational efficiency and improve guest satisfaction.
- Lead and inspire a team of staff, providing training and development opportunities as needed.
- Maintain accurate financial records, including budget management and cost control.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of luxury lodge management experience.
- Excellent guest relation skills and ability to read guests’ needs.
- Strong initiative, common sense, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven track record of driving operational efficiency and improving guest satisfaction.

Salary & Benefits
Salary: R25000 – R 30 000 per annum, including accommodation and meals.
