Job Description We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Lodge Manager to oversee the full operation of a luxury lodge environment. The successful candidate will be a strong all-rounder with a passion for guest experience, proven leadership ability, and solid business and administrative skills. This role requires a hands-on professional who thrives in a people-focused environment while maintaining excellent operational control and financial awareness. Key Responsibilities Guest Experience & Service Excellence Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction at all times Maintain high standards of service delivery and presentation Engage personally with guests to create memorable experiences Operations Management Oversee daily lodge operations, including front office, housekeeping, maintenance, food & beverage and guiding teams Ensure all departments function efficiently and in alignment with company standards Implement and monitor operational procedures and service standards Team Leadership & Development Lead; motivate and manage lodge staff Conduct staff training, performance management and disciplinary processes Foster a positive and professional working environment Administration & Financial Control Handle all lodge administration and reporting Manage budgets, stock control, procurement and cost management Oversee payroll inputs, rosters and staff records Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements Business & Strategic Support Support senior management in business planning and development Identify opportunities for operational improvement and cost efficiency Ensure sustainability of business operations Job Specifications Minimum Requirements Previous senior management experience in a lodge or hospitality environment Strong leadership, communication and people-management skills Excellent administrative and organizational abilities Solid financial understanding, budgeting and reporting experience Hands-on operational experience across multiple lodge departments High attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities Personal Attributes Professional; presentable and guest-focused Proactive; self-motivated and reliable Strong work ethic with a positive leadership style Passionate about hospitality and service excellence Additional Benefits Live-in position with private accommodation provided Competitive salary package based on experience Leave Cycle: 7 Days Off per Month + Annual Leave
