About the Role
Wild Dreams Hospitality is seeking a highly organised and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our team on a three-month contract, based at our office in Hoedspruit. This role offers the potential to become permanent, depending on performance and operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- General administrative support to the management team
- Personal assistant support to the General Manager
- Drawing up, formatting, and managing documents
- Creating, updating, and managing Excel spreadsheets
- Assisting with logistical planning and administrative workflow systems
- Managing email correspondence and mailers (fast, accurate typing essential)
- Filing, record-keeping, and document control
- Ad hoc administrative and support tasks as required
Requirements
- Proven administration experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Microsoft Office
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Confident written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible, proactive, and solution-orientated
